Soft Skill Trainer

Plan and conduct virtual soft skills training sessions using interactive methods to maximize student participation and retention. Customize session plans and materials based on audience needs while incorporating multimedia tools and real-world examples. Monitor attendance, provide one-on-one counselling for personal and professional development, and administer assessments to ensure students pass in the "Excellent Category." Assist learners with interview preparation through mock sessions and resume workshops, then maintain detailed progress reports and internal MIS updates. Coordinate with program managers to align training with project goals and continuously evaluate methodologies to integrate emerging industry trends.
