Job Summary
Manage housekeeping, janitorial, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and workplace hygiene services while overseeing cafeteria, pantry, vending machines, landscaping, indoor plants, and employee amenities. Closely collaborate with the security team on operations, access control, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives. Drive waste management, recycling, pest control, and sustainability programs, managing vendor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and performance reviews. Support facility planning, workplace upgrades, and infrastructure projects by applying artificial intelligence to review costs and ensure compliance. Conduct audits to verify adherence to Micron safety, environmental, and operational standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced employee experience while partnering with internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Soft Services, Hospitality, or Workplace Operations in MNC environment
- Strong experience in vendor management, workplace operations, and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of workplace safety, compliance requirements, and operational best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductors, technology, or large corporate environments
- Professional certification in Facilities or Workplace Management
