Soft Services - FM Lead

Lead and oversee workplace services delivery for the Hyderabad site, coordinating with Security and Dining Services and managing vendor partners to ensure SOPs and SLAs are met while delivering Customer Delight. Drive proactive operations management for the office premises, oversee day-to-day workplace team activities, manage performance against KPIs, conduct risk assessments and incident reporting, support critical out-of-hours issues and emergency responses, and develop staff through performance management and training. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities; minimum 5 years in facility management or hospitality with a preferred Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field; on-site leadership and extensive cross-functional collaboration are key.
