Job Summary
Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit, dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm and friendly manner. Ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times, including the reception area, while overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. Help create a fun, exciting, and safe environment so every customer leaves wanting to return, and coordinate and run children's Birthday parties.
