Soft Count Counter

Responsible for operating electronic gaming machines (EGMs), handling soft count transactions, counting money, and reconciling gaming revenue in compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal regulations. Maintains knowledge of Casino Policy and Procedures, prepares and forwards reports, maintains accurate records and paperwork, and conducts research to resolve soft count disputes. Facilitates information flow across the property by attending departmental meetings and supports department goals of accuracy and integrity. Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain thorough, compliant records.
