Job Summary
Provide legal support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employment terms, disciplinary procedures, and terminations. Advise HR and business leaders on a broad range of employment law matters to ensure compliance while supporting business objectives. Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain employment-related agreements, and manage disputes, litigation, and pre-litigation matters. Lead training initiatives for HR and managers to promote legal awareness, and coordinate legal aspects of occupational health and safety matters and tort claims. This fixed-term maternity leave cover position runs from November 2026 through June 2027, reporting to the Legal Director, Global Employment & Litigation, with a hybrid schedule split between Kfar Saba headquarters and the manufacturing site near Lehavim.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in Israel
- 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel, including significant specialization and hands-on experience in employment law
- Experience gained within a leading law firm, boutique employment law practice, global corporation, or a combination of private practice and in-house environments
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor and employment legislation and related compliance requirements
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, compensation-related matters, and diverse employment models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver practical business-focused legal advice in a dynamic environment
- Travel to the southern site at least once per week
