Soda Stream: Demand Planner DACH (m/w/d)

Create and continuously optimize demand plans and forecasts by analyzing sales trends, market shifts, and forecast variances to derive actionable recommendations. Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations to integrate business insights. Develop weekly and monthly reports, KPI evaluations, and management presentations to support budget and annual planning. Identify optimization potential for planning methods, processes, and tools to enhance forecast quality and efficiency. Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain and planning processes.
