Job Summary
Socio-Therapist to conduct mandated weekly face-to-face home visits with youth and treatment parents, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, monitor safety and wellbeing in a treatment foster care setting, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include visiting homes/courts, collecting and documenting progress notes, providing crisis intervention as needed, locating resources and making referrals, and supporting youth in education, employment, and life skills development. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience with children/youth; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role involves extensive field work with a hybrid schedule based on program needs, located in the Bronx, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Social Work; Psychology; Human Services or related area)
- Must have experience working with children and youth

- Experience working with children and youth
- Foster care experience preferred

- Valid driver’s license preferred
