Job Summary
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and labor relations. Manage complex labor disputes through thorough investigations and identify internal talent for succession planning and career development initiatives. Guide managers on performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws. Support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and training programs to address skill gaps. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and prepare regular reports on activities and results. Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention, while promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado
- Experiencia comprobada como Socio de Negocios de Recursos Humanos o en un rol similar
- Sólida comprensión de los principios, prácticas y regulaciones legales de RRHH
- Experiencia en gestión del talento, relaciones laborales y desarrollo organizacional
- Capacidad para leer y hablar inglés con fluidez
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
