Job Summary
As a Senior Socio-Cultural Analyst focusing on CI/HUMINT Language Analysis in Farsi, you will be integral to supporting USCYBERCOM J2 mission objectives through native-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Farsi. You will conduct research, facilitate HUMINT intelligence collection, and perform detailed translations while maintaining the original nuances of the content. This role requires advising on socio-cultural analysis techniques, developing methodologies for intelligence dissemination, and producing Operating Instructions as assigned. A minimum of 12 years related experience is required, along with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Expert-level knowledge of network defense principles and the complexities of establishing and supporting network infrastructure
- Language Enabled Analyst must be DLI trained 4/4 proficient (Farsi) or possess an industry equivalent
- Native language level speaker comprehension (Farsi), Level 4
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required

- Prior experience supporting Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains
- Native cultural experience and expertise
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
