Social Workers - Support and Safeguarding

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate adult safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014, develop and review care and support plans to promote independence, and apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005 with Best Interests decisions. You will deliver a high-quality statutory social work service to adults with care and support needs, manage risk, maintain accurate case records, and work closely with health services, housing, police, voluntary organisations, and care providers to ensure safeguarding interventions reflect six safeguarding principles and person-centred approaches. The role involves strengths-based assessments of need, risk, and capacity, and collaboration across multi-agency teams to support individuals to live safely and with dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
