Job Summary
Develop and implement treatment and intervention programs while providing specialist advice and clinical services to improve client quality of life and well-being. Manage cases through case management, clinical counselling, and debriefing following critical events, alongside delivering education and support for clients and carers. This permanent full-time role in Maryborough offers a salary of $42.15 - $53.96 p/hr plus superannuation, 12% salary packaging, and penalties and allowances. You will require tertiary qualifications in social work, relevant registration, and experience in aged or acute care settings. Required Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work
- Registration with relevant professional body - Australian Association of Social Workers
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy registered vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a health or aged care context
- Previous experience within an Aged Care or Acute setting
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
