Permanent, full-time Social Worker in Rutland to provide high-quality statutory social work support to looked after children and care-leavers. Responsibilities include care planning, assessments and reviews, safeguarding risk management, building trusting relationships with young people, collaborating with families, carers, and partner agencies, and supporting successful transition to adulthood. Requires a recognised social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA/DipSW) and current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
