Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist role focusing on child and family transitions, delivering intakes and therapies (group, individual, family) with crisis intervention, and producing required documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, court reports, letters). Collaborates with school officials, families, and external health agencies; participates in treatment planning, staff meetings, and program development; ensures compliance with standards and policies and writes client-facing correspondence. Requires a Master's degree in social services with applicable licensure (e.g., LPCC/LPCA/LMFT) and relevant internship experience. The position emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous quality improvement within a multi-location mental health setting; vaccinated employees required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social services field with certification or licensure in area of specialization (e.g., LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, Marriage and Family Therapy Associate)
- Three to six months of related internship or practicum experience.
- Basic knowledge of mental and physical characteristics of applicable population group (e.g., growth and development and range of treatment needed), psychotherapy, human behavior, treatment modes, and related issues.
