Social Worker/Therapist - Child and Family South

Perform clinical services including intakes, therapeutic interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention. Maintain and complete service documentation like psychosocial assessments, case notes, and court reports according to prescribed standards. Conduct case reviews to determine treatment planning based on client progress and collaborate with external agents including school officials and health agencies. Attend staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, and clinical seminars while writing correspondence for clients and families. Requires a Master's degree with appropriate licensure and three to six months of related experience. Full-time position with occasional twenty-four-hour call and exposure to bodily fluids. Seven Counties provides mental and behavior health services across multiple Kentucky counties.
