Job Summary
Conduct crisis intervention, general counselling, casework, and referrals for clients facing elder abuse and mental health challenges. Deliver educational presentations to community stakeholders and participate in law reform projects. Provide mentoring and supervision to students and volunteers while developing regional outreach initiatives. Collaborate with solicitors and advocates to ensure holistic client outcomes within a trauma-informed practice framework. Work in Ipswich or Toowoomba with travel to other offices as required.
Required Qualifications
