Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S)

Provide clinical supervision to LSWs and other clinical staff in accordance with Ohio LISW-S requirements while maintaining a small caseload of children and families through individual, family, and group therapy services. Review, approve, and oversee assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical documentation to ensure compliance with OhioMHAS, Medicaid, and accreditation standards. Mentor therapists through regular supervision, case consultation, and performance feedback while collaborating with schools, families, and community partners to coordinate care. Guide staff through crisis situations, including risk assessments and safety planning, and support onboarding and professional development. Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary leadership meetings to foster a collaborative culture focused on exceptional care.
