Job Summary
Senior Social Worker / Senior Practitioner within Specialist Adolescent Team. Lead and support less-experienced staff while delivering relationship-based interventions for families. Manage a complex caseload of high-risk and diverse young people, with a strong focus on adolescent development, social, emotional and mental health needs, and safeguarding. Role involves researching and sharing up-to-date social work practice, shaping a clear vision for service delivery, and contributing to career development within a busy, dynamic team. Requires Social Work England registration, a degree in social work, 1+ years post-ASYE experience in safeguarding/child protection/youth justice, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to hybrid working.
