Social Worker - School-Based

Provide counseling services to students and their parents. Participate in multi-tiered systems of support for students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs, including inter-disciplinary meetings to evaluate diagnoses and treatment plans. Collaborate with families and staff during weekly team meetings and follow-ups to support social and emotional development. Assist in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate. Adhere to federal, state, and local procedures for record keeping, eligibility documentation, and procedural safeguards. Maintain a schedule ensuring compliance with all required meetings and services.
