Job Summary
Manage clinical services for children and families on caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based models. Develop comprehensive IEP treatment goals, conduct thorough assessments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation per agency protocol. Facilitate social emotional group therapy mandated by IEP and lead multi-disciplinary team meetings, including CSE reviews and red flag assessments. Represent the agency in stakeholder meetings and collaborate with school partners to ensure student IEP implementation. Serve as a resource for team members on clinical issues while demonstrating flexibility during crisis situations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from Accredited Graduate School of Social Work
- LMSW or higher
- At least one-year post-Master's experience preferred with children or other significant experience in treatment for children
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong skills in a variety of software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to access ADP app on smartphone or other device for access to agency programs
- Be able to hear, walk, reach, and climb stairs well enough to carry out job responsibilities in an adequate manner
- Candidates who are successfully hired, must participate in our Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training which concludes with a written and verbal test, and you will be evaluated on conducting a proper physical restraint
