Job Summary
Social Worker for Safeguarding Team in Lincolnshire client, delivering statutory safeguarding functions under the Care Act 2014. Responsibilities include leading Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, triaging concerns, risk assessment and management, determining legal safeguarding duties, promoting person-centred and outcome-focused interventions (Making Safeguarding Personal), collaborating with health and social care partners, maintaining high-quality case records, and operating within a fast-paced safeguarding environment. Requires recognised social work qualification (BA/BSc/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or CQSW) and registration with Social Work England.
