Job Summary
Develop and oversee care plans for patients' psychosocial, financial, and emotional needs while providing inpatient and outpatient Hospice coverage. Liaise with community resources to secure support and assist with mentoring interns, facilitating bereavement programs, and delivering care under COL policies and Arkansas licensure standards. Maintain flexibility for schedule changes, call coverage, and emergency handling outside normal office hours. Requires current Arkansas Social Work license, TB testing, flu vaccination, and proficiency in organizing workloads and communicating with patients, families, and coworkers. Bilingual ability preferred; experience in hospice or healthcare settings plus knowledge of death and dying dynamics adds value.
