Job Summary
Provide social work services to assess psychological, social, emotional, cultural, and financial needs impacting patients’ health and recovery; utilize supportive counseling and clinical knowledge in evaluating needs of patients and families during illness, crisis intervention, and post-discharge planning. Collaborate with the health-care team to develop transition plans, participate in program planning to meet community and system needs, and support our vision of Saint Luke’s as a place to get and give care.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW license (Missouri)
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Hospital Social Work experience preferred
