Social Worker MSW

Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and provide counseling and crisis intervention to individuals and families facing complex challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to connect clients to resources and advocate for their well-being. Resolve situations within scope, handle complaints courteously, and communicate verbally and in writing with physicians regarding patient needs and discharge plans. Education patients and families on available resources and guidelines. Requires Master Social Worker degree, Basic Life Support certification, and sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
