Social Worker MSW - Psych Adult

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnosis, and treatment interventions for adult psychiatric patients and their support systems. Collaborate with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop and implement evidence-informed, person-centered care plans while advocating for patient self-determination and reducing health disparities. Adhere to the NASW code of ethics and Standards of Practice throughout daily duties. Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and an Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License within 60 days of hire. This per-diem day shift role is based on-site at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.
