Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapeutic counseling for psychiatric patients aged 18 and over, including those with dementia. Complete psychosocial assessments, maintain accurate documentation for regulatory review, and serve as a liaison to patients, families, and community resources. Coordinate post-acute care plans and facilitate communication among treatment teams and families. Provide coverage for department colleagues and the Utilization Review team as needed. Participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team Meetings and community mental health activities. Work Monday through Friday with weekend coverage available. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and current New Jersey Licensed Social Work (LSW) licensure.
