Job Summary
The Social Worker MSW Hospice is responsible for the psychosocial assessment of patients, providing counseling and support to families dealing with terminal illness, and maintaining clinical records. A minimum of one-year healthcare experience is required, preferably in hospice, along with a bachelor's degree in social work.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a bachelor’s program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Minimum of one year’s experience in healthcare
- Current CPR Certification
- Licensed driver with insured automobile
