Job Summary
Coordinate psychotherapeutic approaches for patients and provide clinical supervision for staff implementing therapeutic strategies across the continuum of care. Deliver individual, marital, family, and group therapy while developing and modifying individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and community providers to formulate realistic goals and maintain positive partnerships for discharge planning and referrals. Function as a communication coordinator and role model for departmental staff, ensuring patient autonomy and rights are maintained throughout the treatment process.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Certified Social Work (CSW) - South Dakota Department of Social Services
- 3+ years of Healthcare Experience
