Job Summary
Coordinate psychotherapeutic approaches and provide clinical supervision for therapeutic strategies across the Center's continuum of care. Deliver individual, marital, family, and group therapy while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and community providers to formulate realistic goals and interventions, modifying treatment plans as patient progress is assessed. Maintain positive partnerships with external social service providers and function as a communication coordinator and role model for departmental staff. Assist in discharge plan development and maintain accessibility within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Certified Social Work (CSW) - South Dakota Department of Social Services
- 3+ years of Healthcare Experience
