Job Summary
Manage a caseload of children in local authority care, developing and reviewing tailored care plans to ensure placements remain safe, stable, and supportive. Promote the child's health, education, and emotional wellbeing by maintaining regular statutory visits and direct work, while preparing reports for Looked After Child Reviews. Collaborate with birth families, carers, schools, and health professionals to advocate for the child's voice during transitions such as reunification, adoption, or leaving care.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
