Job Summary
Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, mental status examinations, and mental health evaluations for clients and program applicants. Deliver individual, couples, group, and family counseling while documenting SOAP notes and making treatment planning recommendations. Provide crisis intervention, facilitate specialized therapeutic groups, and assist families with barriers to service. Screen adults and adolescents for mental health and substance use, and conduct developmental screens for young children. Maintain accurate client records compliant with 42 CFR and HIPAA regulations while serving as a liaison to community agencies.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW Licensure
- Master's Degree in Social Work
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of demonstrated clinical experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment or shelter experience
