Social Worker Level 4

Senior Social Worker responsible for complex cases involving children in need, those subject to child protection plans and children in care. Manage high-quality assessments, statutory enquiries and care planning, lead and contribute to multi-agency meetings, prepare detailed reports for conferences and court, mentor less experienced colleagues through supervision, and participate in service improvement and quality assurance. Requires registration with Social Work England, significant post-qualifying experience in children and families, and strong knowledge of relevant legislation and court processes. Hybrid working model with office presence required for at least half of hours.
