Job Summary
Conduct complete bio-psycho-social assessments covering substance use, health, mental health, and social services to support trauma-sensitive case management. Develop individualized service plans with clear goals to maintain housing stability and provide daily case management on living skills, crisis intervention, and public benefits advocacy. Liaise with treatment providers with written consents and deliver individual and group therapy to assist tenants in overcoming dependencies. Schedule includes Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00AM-5:00PM and Tues/Thurs 10:00AM-6:00PM. Rate is $60,000-$64,000/year. Requires MSW, MHC, or related degree with experience in therapeutic intervention and working with homeless individuals with substance use histories. Join our diverse team at www.lesc.org.
Required Qualifications
- MSW, MHC, MPA, MPH, MA in Psychology or MS in Human Services
- experience in therapeutic intervention
- an understanding in utilizing community resources
- working with individuals that have been homeless
- identified of having a history of substance use
