Job Summary
Social Worker in the Learning Disabilities team for Cheshire West Council. Assess adults with learning disabilities, develop tailored support plans, conduct mental capacity assessments under the Mental Capacity Act, safeguard vulnerable adults, coordinate with health/education/housing services to deliver integrated care packages, maintain accurate records, and participate in reflective supervision and ongoing CPD to uphold professional standards. Requires Social Work England registration, a degree in Social Work, post-qualification experience, and a full UK driving license. Three days in work-per-week office setting with hybrid work arrangement.
