Job Summary
Lead Social Worker role managing clinical operations and supervising a team of social workers within PACE Southeast Michigan. Responsibilities include conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, delivering individual and group counseling using motivational interviewing and CBT, coordinating care plans and case management, participating in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing supervision and professional development to staff. Requires LMSW license in Michigan, a Master’s in Social Work, three years of clinical social work experience, and one year of supervision/leadership experience. Located in Clinton Township, MI (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan (LMSW)
- LMSW required
- Three years' experience working as a clinical social worker (geriatrics preferred)
- One year experience in supervision/management/leadership
