Job Summary
Social Worker LCSW and Social Worker MSW positions at Providence Portland Medical Center. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and interventions; developing person-centered care plans in collaboration with the Inter/Multidisciplinary Team across inpatient and outpatient settings; upholding NASW standards and ethics; and providing advocacy to patients and families. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, or from a school in candidacy status by the CSWE
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or License in states wherever care is delivered upon hire
- 2 years - Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
