Support looked-after children and care leavers in the North of Wiltshire by working closely with families and partner agencies to deliver tailored, safe, and empowering care. Apply your thorough knowledge of associated legislation, trauma-informed social care practices, and safeguarding policies to meet the unique needs of vulnerable children and young people with disabilities. Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Understanding of the impact of trauma on children
- Knowledge of related social care practices
- Knowledge of policies
