Job Summary
Provide mental health assessments and counseling to patients and families for the Behavioral Health Services. Deliver direct care within a full-time, day-shift environment under the leadership of the clinic's administration team. Maintain a current, active Iowa license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW or LMSW) with appropriate certifications. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work
- currently licensed to practice as a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Iowa
- under supervision to prepare for examination
- Current, active, and license in the State of Iowa
- appropriate certifications as necessary by licensing boards
- LISW or LMSW
