Social Worker III

Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients with behavioral problems, psychiatric disorders, and substance use issues. Manage caseloads, coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings, and facilitate education, support groups, and referrals to promote recovery and symptom reduction. Supervise social work interns, maintain accurate chart documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and resolve patient complaints while prioritizing safety. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, state licensure, and CPR/de-escalation certification.
