Social Worker II - Inpatient PRN

Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients with behavioral disorders, PTSD, and substance use issues. Facilitate education, process groups, and support sessions while coordinating multidisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning. Manage caseloads, maintain accurate documentation, and assist families in understanding patient needs and lifestyle impacts. Perform intakes, coordinate placements, and resolve patient complaints to ensure safety and recovery goals. Requires Master's degree in Social Work, state licensure, and CPR/de-escalation certification.
