Job Summary
Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs; conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments and contribute findings to IEPs/504 plans; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans and behavior interventions; serve as liaison between school, home, and community resources to support student success and family engagement; respond to crisis situations with risk assessments and safety planning; maintain accurate, confidential documentation of services and progress; provide consultation and training to school staff on trauma-informed practices, behavior management, and social-emotional learning.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Illinois Professional Educators License (active or currently pending)
- Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state/national fingerprint clearance)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
