Social Worker, Housing Specialist

Engage tenants with activities and education within the housing program and the outside community to support recovery and build a supportive neighborhood. Assist individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in identifying barriers to success and developing coping skills for independent living. Provide limited case management services to help tenants navigate challenges while living in supportive housing. This role focuses on fostering community connection and sobriety through fun and sober activities around the city.
