Job Summary
Collect bio-psychosocial information about patients using interview, case history, observation techniques, and assessment methods. Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy and work with the multi-disciplinary team to develop disposition planning. Function as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, presenting internal reports and participating in patient evaluation and treatment planning. Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments to patient's treatment plans as appropriate. Utilize electronic health record systems to document and review patient data.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizens
- Master's degree (or higher degree) in social work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- One year of specialized experience which includes conducting bio-psychosocial evaluations; providing individual or group treatment; developing discharge and treatment plans; and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A current, active, valid, and unrestricted independent social work clinical licensure from a U.S. State, District of Columbia, commonwealth, territory or jurisdiction
