Job Summary
Join Lancashire County Council as a Social Worker in the Older People & Physical Disabilities team serving Fylde and Wyre. You will support adults to live well and independently in their own homes, working in a strengths-based, collaborative approach with people, carers and partners to deliver personalised outcomes. The role is based in the Thornton office with focus on helping people to live safely and independently, with supervision, development opportunities and a relocation reimbursement package. You will be required to hold SWE registration, provide coverage via local services, participate in induction and ongoing professional development, and contribute to Wellbeing and safeguarding duties. A car for duties is required.
