Job Summary
Provide ongoing support, supervision, and professional guidance to foster carers to ensure they meet Fostering Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Fostering Standards. Complete regular supervision visits, identify training needs, and carry out annual foster carer reviews to maintain high-quality placements. Make informed, child-centred decisions within complex cases to ensure children remain safe and achieve the best possible outcomes. Manage workload effectively by producing high-quality work within agreed timescales while collaborating with colleagues and partner agencies to safeguard children and support foster families.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
