Required Qualifications
- Master Degree from an accredited school of social work
- New York State MSW licensure (LMSW or LCSW)
- Minimum of one year experience in social work in a healthcare setting
- Valid NYS Drivers license and car may be required based on job location
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment
- Ability to input clinical data proficiently
