Job Summary
Social Worker – Family Support Team in Wrexham, hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote), 37 hours per week. Manage caseloads for children subject to CASP, CP, and PLO, including Looked After Children until the initial review and transfer to the Court Team. Responsibilities include duty rota response, evidence-based assessments, crisis response planning, risk management, relational practice with families and carers, collaboration with professionals, and ongoing professional development. Requires Social Work England or Social Care Wales registration and frontline experience in Child Protection and Looked After Children within a statutory setting. Office base in the UK with hybrid working arrangement; role emphasizes safeguarding, recording, and robust case planning.
