Job Summary
Social Worker for East Family Safeguarding Team focused on child protection: conduct assessments, develop and implement child protection plans with multi-agency teams, undertake statutory visits, manage case records, intervene in crises, contribute to conferences and court proceedings, liaise with schools and health professionals, and advocate for children and young people while ensuring progress on care plans.
