Job Summary

Manage a caseload including Child in Need and Child Protection work, complete assessments, planning, and direct work with families. Deliver high-quality, reflective practice within a supportive multidisciplinary team to help keep families together safely wherever possible. Work within the Public Law Outline and utilize a strengths-based approach and Motivational Interviewing to empower families and improve outcomes. This role offers manageable caseloads, flexible working options, and access to a comprehensive Social Work Academy with protected learning time and ongoing training in Family Safeguarding.
