Job Summary
Minnesota Internship Center High School seeks a full-time School Social Worker to assist both mainstream and special education students. Responsibilities include providing social work and counseling services per IEPs, conducting evaluations, and facilitating access to social services. Applicants must be licensed social workers with experience in school settings, particularly working with at-risk youth. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educational teams.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed through MN Board of Social Work as a LGSW or LICSW
- Licensed as a School Social Worker by the MN Department of Education
- Previous school social work or school counseling experience

- Knowledge of school intervention strategies
- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse backgrounds
